Price was worth for money. Rooms were clean and spacious. But wanted to share a bitter experience - We were not getting hot water in the morning. They did not address the issue quickly. When I went to reception and asked for hot water they gave in bucket, I only carried to the next building. Actually it was their basic courtesy to deliver it to the room . but the just did not do.

Room size is good but furnishing is pathetic. Room maintenance is really poor, not ssen any housing keeing staff. No towels at room, After checkin request for towel provide old and broken. Bes lilens are all stains ,it seems like using since long period.Ordered tea serving in plastic cups though they dont have restaurant but could be keep some basic things to serve tea. Water glass which kept at room was broken, not expect much but basic things can do in better way as running hotel. And yes checkin was superb,express checkin! Staff courtesy no, not at all. Thanks to cab driver, he's only the person who smile anytime.😊🙏 Could be far far better.

It was good experience to stay there, though there is no facility of restaurant, there are some descent restaurant near by the hotel. Room was neat and clean. Service was okay.Hotel is situated just out of the city, hence the place is calm. Overall good experience.

If you are looking for good hotel within decent budget then go for this hotel. The hotel stuffs are good and the rooms are also clean. This hotel is located at 1 km from charring cross, railway station and bus stand.

room was not up to the mark .service was also not good.the main fact is the cleanliness not maintained at all.room size was also small.the only thing i would say location is very good but other amenities are average.
